
Ms. Yideneku Gosaye Gudeta
Yideneku Gosaye Gudeta is a dedicated academic, counselor, and gender advocate with over a decade in higher education. She began at Jimma University in 2006 as Counseling and Guidance Office Coordinator, providing psychological counseling, peer education, life skills training, and gender awareness programs. Since 2012, she has served as a lecturer in the Department of Psychology, teaching counseling and general psychology, advising students, and offering psychosocial support. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Jimma University and is a Certified Master Trainer recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Skills and the Mastercard Foundation. Her professional development includes training in conflict management, interpersonal and positive psychotherapy, and leadership. A former Gender Club president and Student Union member, she has been honored for her leadership, cultural contributions, and commitment to student welfare.
